Oh my.. is this another blog.. I'm on a roll ;) Yesterday I had the honor to shoot with some of the coolest clients.. Casey and Ryan. We added a lil bit of Maker's Mark to the shoot for some added goodness. We shot in Casey grandparents home on the water and let me say, this place was a treasure.. Here's one shot from yesterday that I love, but I'm just not sure if I love it in color of BW.. Help me choose.

Cheers

The B&W for sure! Love the low light, Reminds me of an old time photo at like a tavern or something. Awesome

Definitely the B&W. The dark, low contrast processing totally works for this shot.

Hey everyone.. I know, I know it's been a while. Some good friends have let me know that I need to get back on track with my blog, so when I heard from Emily over at Mia Bridal Couture that she was going to be throwing a crazy sample sale on some of the most amazing wedding gowns in town I had to do a quick post about it.. So below is the deets from Emily to the craziness. And let me tell you. If you or someone you know is in the market for an amazing gown GO THIS WEEKEND TO MIA BRIDAL... You won't regret it. They are some of the best in the biz..

Hey all, I'm almost caught up with my session posts, next up is my backlogg'd wedding post ;)

This is Cassady & Daniel. I have a pretty funny story about our lil session we did, but I think I'll wait until I post some pics from what we were talking about ;) I know that's random, but I'm random. Anyways, these two are great!!! I had a great time with them and I saved them from poison oak. It's what I do. This is the first part of our time together, more to come soon..

So enjoy!

Have a great night..

Well, the time has come for my good friend and associate photographer Miss Clare to become Mrs Clare :) Clare and Brandon have become good friends over the years and I'm super excited to be able to capture them.. Clare and B have really come up with a creative wedding and I love it. They are going to be getting married at the 1940's Airport museum at hobby which will make for a killer background. They both love to travel so it fits perfectly. We were working on their save the date shoot and some things came up to were we couldn't shoot where we first thought. But no worries, this idea came to mind and I love it.

some where along the way a deer head popped up, so yes, we had to use it ;)

What I love the most about this shoot is the simple fun story it tells.

I mean, who doesn't love paper planes and deer heads...

Meet Kathryn and Clay.. Such a great couple. I found this new spot and with our sweet Texas sun I'm loving what we got.. Kathryn and Clay brought their "A" Game even when I had one sweet allergy attack while shooting.. This is the first part :) more to come..
