I've been excited to be able to share these bridals with you.. Lindsey and Cade are not only some incredible clients they have become some incredible friends.. Lindsey worked her butt off to be able to shoot inside Wortham Theater, so when the day came to shoot we made the best of the areas we got to shoot in.. It was pretty hard to figure out what my favorites were so there's a few to look at.. We had a great time and caused a lil bit of trouble..

So here's some of what we got.. :)

The photos of Lindsey at the Wortham and Lindsey and Cade at the ranch
were so much fun. As you said, hard to pick a favorite, but at the
Wortham, the picture of Lindsey from the back going up the stairs and
the picture of her face, with half her face in shadow, were
outstanding.
Question: Does Cade get to wear shoes at the wedding? And do the
chickens get to attend?

Houston... we have sweetness!

So today I took a lil break from work and went up on the roof at my studio and took a shot of Houston's skyline... But I thought I would do it a little differently, I took my Nikon 45mm tilt-shift on my Nikon d700 and set it up on a tri-pod connected with pocket wizards to remotely fire the camera ( not needed, but did it to just do it ;). I then set my camera up to fire off 9 shots at different exposures (bracketing). Went back and did some easy work in Photomatrix for my HDR... I'm loving the effect that the tilt-shift gives the moving clouds.. I might just make this into a canvas?? maybe.

Not sure which one I like better??

Now I'm going back to work :)

My vote goes for picture A.
It has a cleaner line.
Versus picture B which has the rooftops and it makes it slightly busier.

carrie+blake. their wedding...

This is my good friends Carrie and Blake.. Carrie is about to take over the music industry and Blake is a fellow photographer, you can check out his work here.. I had the honor to be able to capture their rock'n wedding and let me say it was awesome.. They had their ceremony and reception down in Galveston Tx at the Hotel Galvez.

Carrie and Blake: Never give up on the dreams the God has placed inside of you.. I know that you will conquer everything in your path.. It's an honor to call you two friends.. You both are world changers, don't ever forget that... love you both!

So here's a small taste of their day!!

Midori+Fashion

The Fashion shoot was a great time mixed with a great team.. Misti with MistiStyle.com pulled the clothes and the accessories. Jimena Bello pimped out the Hair and Make-up. and this Clint guy did the pics ;) Anyways, we had a great time shooting and I thought I would post some from the sesh so you could take a lookie...

Oh, did I mention that Midori is from Australia?? Yeah, she's cool..

Lindsey+wortham theater quicky....

Wow.. so today rock'd!! I've been waiting to shoot this bridal sesh for a while now, and Lindsey and I had a great time shooting inside Wortham Theathers which is located Downtown. I'm pretty sure this sesh will make it to the top of the list pretty quick. I can't wait to show you what we got, but the hard part is choosing my top 25... Sometimes the things I have to deal with ;) hahaha.. Anyways here's a lil quicky from today..
